Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree

We are starting a new tradition this year at the Buhl Castle by putting up a kids' tree! Jonathan set up a Christmas tree upstairs in the hallway outside all the kids' rooms. The kids were so excited to have their own tree to decorate:We don't have many ornaments yet, but we are hoping to collect special ornaments throughout the next several years, along with school crafts that the kids make and bring home. Katy was especially excited about the tree, and thought that the lights were candles that needed to be blown out!:Lily and Maddy were so careful about placing the ornaments on the tree: They are wanting a star to put on the top of the tree, so that will be the first thing we look for this year to add to their tree. Katy had fun putting her DORA ornaments on the tree: This is Parker's very 1st Christmas and just like his sleeper says, he is Mommy's little joy for sure!: He loved looking at the lights on the tree and playing with the branches: This is going to be an exciting Christmas! We can't wait for Santa and for celebrating Jesus' Birthday!
