Pyramid...Jungle...City of Lost Toys!

March was Katy's turn for a special Mother-Daughter outing and since Santa had brought Katy tickets to see DORA the Explorer Live! for March 3rd, we got to spend a very fun evening together! Katy wasn't really sure what we were doing, only that she was going to a DORA show, but as soon as we walked inside of the Knoxville Auditorium and she saw the stage, she was so excited! One of my good friends, Laura, and her little girl, Anna, went with us. Katy and Anna couldn't wait for the show to begin!Katy was mesmerized! She loved seeing all of Dora's friends like Boots, Tico, Benny, Isa, and Big Red Chicken:Katy was on the edge of her seat from the beginning, but when mean, old Swiper appeared on stage, she was a little unsure, and scooted all the way back in her seat! Dora lost her favorite Teddy Bear, so she and Boots were on a journey to the City of Lost Toys to find it. They had to journey to the Pyramid, then Jungle, and finally the City of Lost Toys. On the way Boots and Dora got to Dance with the Stars. Katy loved this part because there were fluorescent stars all over the stage and Auditorium!Boots and Dora finally made it to the City of Lost Toys and of course Dora found her teddy bear! Hooray! When they started singing "We Did It!" at the end, Katy went crazy and she danced and danced away!

She made sure to wave goodbye to Dora and all her friends and she even blew them kisses! It was a great show and we had such a fun time together!
