And once he saw he had an audience, he started showing off for his sissies! He was laughing
and clapping his hands for them!
The day he turned nine months, his first tooth popped through, and then another one appeared about 2 weeks later, for a total of two teeth on the bottom: 
Parker went for his nine month well check on the 17th, and his stats are:Weight: 22 lb. 1 oz. (75%)
Height: 30.5 inches (off the charts!)

Although he is growing well, he has lost total interest in his baby food, and he has trouble with cheerios, fruit puffs, etc. (He gags on them!) We think he is having some texture issues, so his Doctor is referring him to a speech therapist. His first appointment is on May 8th. In the meantime we are to offer him a wide variety of foods/textures. So I thought offering him a little Crazy Bread wouldn't hurt!
Dr. Feld also thought that Parker's upper body needed strengthening, so he is going to be evaluated for physical therapy. This one surprised us especially since Parker has been crawling and pulling up on everything for well over a month. He is speed crawling now
and also started doing this recently: 
We LOVE Dr. Feld and trust that he is doing what is best for Parker. We want his upper body good and strong so he can follow in his Daddy's footsteps and play football one day! :)Parker is becoming very curious and is getting into everything! He likes to help me with my chores, especially the dishwasher (which is constantly being used!) 
Most of all he loves to hug and he is especially attached to his Maddy Faith who just loves him to pieces!

And the best part of all, her Daddy surprised her with a beautiful wrist corsage made of pink roses! 
She LOVED it and gave him the biggest hug! 
They were so sweet together!
And gave each other lots of kisses! 
They had fun together dancing
and doing the twist
Lily was happy to be with her friends Ellie, Bailey, and Grace: 
They had lots of fun spinning each other around!
Lily did the Chicken Dance with her teacher, Mrs. Bounds 
and she got a blister from dancing in her pretty pink shoes and ended up taking them off! 
What a special night out with Daddy 
and I know it will be one that Lily remembers forever! 
Before it was time to get ready for worship service, we woke up the kids so they could get their Easter baskets. Lily was the most excited when she first came downstairs! 
And she loved everything in her Easter basket!

But after a lot of coaxing from all of us, she finally got into her basket. She got a Max & Ruby DVD and a cute little stuffed Ruby to play with, along with lots of eggs full of chocolate and a chocolate bunny (yes...Mommy let her eat it before her breakfast!)
He dug right in:

Lily chose what she thought was pink, but turned out red!:
And Katy picked blue. She wasn't sure what was going to happen to the little tablet at first,
but then she got egg-cited when she saw the water turning blue!
Maddy wanted a design on her egg, so she used the white crayon to draw polka dots:

After their first egg was finished, the girls begged to make new colors. They were fascinated with stirring and getting their dye ready for the next egg. Maddy made a beautiful turquoise:

Lily was a little disappointed that her dye turned purple instead of pink:
but she was egg-cited about the pretty lime-green colored egg she made next:
The girls were so very proud of their eggs especially since they got to display them on our cute little bunny holder from their Grandmother 
And of course they are super egg-cited about Easter!
When Parker woke up from his nap, he was feeling a little bit better
and so I wanted him to have a little eggs-
and then of course the egg went straight into his mouth!: 
Then he thought it would be eggs-
It was completely cracked open by the time he was done playing with it! Maddy had made Parker a blue egg for his first Easter and he just loved it!
