The girls were so excited to see all of the Christmas decorations. There were over 300 decorated trees to look at, and most of the trees were decorated by local schools. Lily, Maddy and I decided to find our favorite tree. Lily's favorite tree was called "Oopsy Daisy." It was covered in rainbow lights and daisies: .jpg)
Maddy loved the tree with all of the blankies: 
Parker was so tired from being sick and from all of the Thanksgiving festivities that he slept in the Bjorn carrier the whole time! Here are Parker and I in front of the tree that Maddy and Lily chose as my favorite (they know I love red!):
After looking at all of the trees, Lily and Maddy wanted to do some of the children's activities, so we went over to see Mrs. Debbie, Mrs. Diane, and Debbie's daughters (Brianne and Andrea) to make handprint potholders: 
Then they wanted to decorate a cookie. They were each given a sugar cookie to frost and put red and green sprinkles on: 
After eating their yummy cookie, Lily and Maddy had to get Princess manicures! They were given holiday halos to wear as they got their nails done! Maddy wanted yellow nail polish, so Brianne painted her nails a pretty gold color: 
Lily had Andrea paint her nails pink: 
While the older girls were doing crafts, Jonathan took Katy to ride the carousel:
She absolutely loved it! She kept wanting to ride again and again. When we'd ask her if she wanted to ride the horse, she would say, "YES...PLEASE!" We had such a great time together and look forward to all of the upcoming Christmas activities that we have planned! And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth. Luke 1:14
