Lily enjoyed the warmth of the sun before the egg hunt:

at Zion UMC hid over 700 eggs for the children!

Katy was so excited to tell everyone last week that, "Jesus is Alive!" so we thought this would be a perfect spot for a picture!
This was Parker's first Egg Hunt. Jonathan helped show Parker what to do.
I thought it was funny that Parker's first egg he picked up on his own was pink! But he kept saying, "Sissy...Sissy..." He knows it's her favorite color and he wanted to give it to her!
When Parker picked up the green egg and it came open, he immediately wanted Jonathan to "Fix...please!" (He's a little OCD like his Daddy!)
After the Egg Hunt, the kids had devotion time where they got to listen to the Easter story by doing Resurrection eggs.
We had a wonderful time spending the day with friends and celebrating Christ's Resurrection together. We love you Houk Family!
On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. Such a nice day! I'm so happy that you have wonderful friends to share time with, especially ones that share the same beliefs!
Love that Parker has a loving soul like the rest of his family, wanting to give his pink egg to his sister, melts my heart! :)
